Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. You cannot process a return and then later return another item from the same order.

Unfortunately no, but you can get a store credit for your return which allows you to keep shopping quicker than a refund.

If you received free shipping for your order and your return makes your purchase below that amount we may deduct the original cost of shipping from your return.

You shouldn't be held responsible for damaged or incomplete items and we won't.
