What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

If an item is missing a size guide please let us know so that we can add it.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed we are unable to alter or cancel. Should the item(s) not work out, you may return eligible items for a store credit or refund.


We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Will you be shipping overseas?

Yes, we will be adding shipping to the Australia, Europe and the UK shortly.

I don't see an option for my country

We are continually adding to the list of countries that we ship to. If you don't see your country please check back.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return items?

Yes, please see our returns policy.

I purchased multipe items, can I return them seperately?


We require all returns for an order to be processed at the same time.

You cannot process a return and then later return another item from the same order.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately no, but you can get a store credit for your return which allows you to keep shopping quicker than a refund.

I received free shipping but my return will put me below the the required purchase amount.

If you received free shipping for your order and your return makes your purchase below that amount we may deduct the original cost of shipping from your return.

I received a damaged or incomplete item, what should I do?

You shouldn't be held responsible for damaged or incomplete items and we won't.

Please start a return and indicate that the item is damaged. You will be provided a prepaid return label and once your item has been received and checked you will receive a full refund including any shipping charges.



All price tags on products show prices in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Do I have to pay in US Dollars?

No, you will be charged and billed in the currency shown on the site.

The currency I want to pay in doesn't show.

Our default currency is US Dollars. If the site doesn't convert to your chosen currency then you will be billed in USD.


Are your items authentic?

All our items are guarantied authentic. Our items come from validated and traceable suppliers.

Where does your inventory come from?

Our items come from brand owners, manufacturers, distributors, large retailers and other verifiable sources.

Some of your items have trademarks.

Trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The items with trademarks are made by the trademark owner or under license by the respective manufacturer.

Are you getting more of an item in?

Short answer, maybe?

We don't always know what items will be sent to us. If you really like an item don't wait, once it's gone...

Do you check your items?

Yes, we inspect every item, however we do missing things (we are human after all).

If you receive a damaged or incomplete item, please use the return process to receive a full refund.
