At Online Warehouse Sale, we work hard to get your order to you safely, quickly, and at a fair cost. This policy explains how we ship within Canada and internationally.

Order Processing

Most orders ship within 2 business days, and often sooner. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as major sales or holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Within Canada

We ship Canadian orders using:

  • Canada Post
  • Purolator
  • UPS

If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, we will choose the method that best balances:

  • Cost
  • Speed
  • Safety and reliability

Canada Post Mailboxes & PO Boxes

If your delivery address uses a Canada Post mailbox or PO Box, please tell us in the Order Notes at checkout. Couriers cannot deliver to these addresses, so we will ensure your shipment goes via Canada Post.

International Shipping (Including the United States)

We currently ship international orders — including the United States — through Canada Post, with final delivery handled by the postal service in the destination country (e.g., USPS for the US).

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For international customers (including the US, and upcoming regions such as the UK and Australia), we work to collect all required paperwork, duties, and fees in advance to avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.

Where applicable, duties and taxes will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, order size, and any active promotions. Free shipping thresholds or offers will be clearly displayed on our website or during checkout.

Free Shipping Adjustments on Returns

Orders that qualified for Free Shipping do so based on the total value of items kept. If items are returned and the value of the kept items falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

This helps ensure fairness and allows us to continue offering free shipping promotions without raising product prices.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier.

Deliveries Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

If your tracking indicates delivery but the package is not received, please:

  • Check around your property, mailbox, or parcel locker.
  • Ask neighbours or building management.
  • Verify the shipping address.
  • Allow a short buffer time — carriers sometimes scan parcels early.

Address Accuracy & Fraud Prevention

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

For fraud prevention and security reasons, we cannot change a shipping address after an order has been placed.

If an address change is required, we must cancel the order and have it placed again with the correct information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders already processing or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Delays

Carriers may experience delays due to weather, volume, or operational issues. Exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping & Returns FAQ

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once approved, the return must be received within 30 days.

Can I submit multiple return requests for the same order?

No. Each order is eligible for one return request, but you may include multiple items in that request.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please use a trackable method.

Can I return a Final Sale item?

No. Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to deep discounts, hygiene considerations, or resale restrictions.

What if my order had free shipping?

Free shipping applies to the value of items you keep. If returns bring your kept total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Where do US customers send returns?

All international returns, including US orders, must be shipped back to our Canadian warehouse.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after your return is delivered and inspected.

What are the condition requirements?

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, scent-free, and have all original tags attached. Clothing must show no signs of wear.
