Before You Start
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Each order is eligible for one return request (multiple items allowed).
- Returned items must be received within 30 days of authorization.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Items must be free of any scents or odors, including body odor, perfume, deodorant, smoke (including cigarettes), vaping residue, pet odors, and household scents.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- If your return lowers your kept total below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost may be deducted.
- All international customers (including the US) must return items to our Canadian warehouse.
